Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Sales (Building Material; $3100, ID12126)
- Create and carry out a strategy for sales techniques in order to surpass sales goals and increase our clientele.
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with clients, including distributors, dealers, designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
- Start and run presentations, and talk to prospective customers about business prospects.
- Keep an eye on the market and be astute as your competitors.
- Expand market coverage and market share
- Completely in charge of achieving the sales goal
- Establish enduring connections with both current and potential clients.
- Create a sales team projection and KPI.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from University or higher
- At least 12 years of experience in the field of Sales and 5 years of working as the same position in Building Material industry
- Good command in English
