Job Description
Our customer is a FDI company, now looking for a Heat Treatment Manager ( $5000, Open for Korean Expats, ID19766):
- Quality, Delivery & Safety: Take ultimate responsibility for product quality, on-time delivery, and workplace safety.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise shift leaders, team leaders, and operational leadership within the workshop.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Make operational and quality-related decisions based on production data and reporting.
- Training & Collaboration: Develop training systems for both new and existing staff; coordinate technical matters with headquarters and external vendors.
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production related to metals, ceramics, or powder metallurgy.
- Practical Knowledge: Hands-on experience in pilot testing and mass production of metal and ceramic manufacturing.
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering (materials, mechanical, chemical, ceramics, metallurgy, etc.).
- Permanent Magnet Production: Experience in manufacturing permanent magnets (NdFeB, SmCo, ferrite, etc.).
- Powder Metallurgy Equipment: Experience in operating and trial-running powder metallurgy machinery (melting, powder pressing, sintering).
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate and work in foreign languages such as Chinese, Vietnamese, or English.
