Job Description

Our client is a  Vietnamese company, now looking for an Hotel Sales Director (Open for Expats, ID17735, 4000 SD):
Key Responsibilities:
1. 
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Foster a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture within the team.

3. Client Relations & Business Development:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners, and other business partners.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for corporate stays, events, and long-term business partnerships.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand business opportunities.

4. Revenue Management & Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting trends, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools for tracking leads, contracts, and follow-ups.

5. Marketing & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Drive direct bookings through effective online and offline sales tactics.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiative

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales at a senior level, preferably as a Director or Senior Sales Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of hotel revenue management, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in the hospitality industry.
