Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR & Admin Officer (Temporary 10 months, $550, ID20056)
- Managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job description development, candidate coordination, orientation, and probation evaluation.
- Ensured compliance with labor laws and company policies; handled labor contracts and maintained employee records.
- Administered payroll, attendance tracking, PIT, and statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI), along with employee benefits.
- Coordinated training programs and supported employee development initiatives.
- Prepared periodic HR reports for authorities and headquarters.
- Oversaw administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Managed office expenses and supported administrative budget planning.
- Organized internal events and handled travel arrangements for business trips.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in a general HR role.
- Mandatory experience in payroll processing and Personal Income Tax (PIT) handling.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work on a 10-month contract.
