Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Deputy  Manager (Manufacturing, ID19514, 1900 USD):
1. HR Policy & Compliance Management
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies in accordance with the Labor Law and industry standards (SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, etc.).
  • Review and cross-check HR reports and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and participate in social compliance audits.
  • Supervise compliance activities related to labor law, social insurance, working hours, and workplace standards.
  • Ensure the HR team follows compliance requirements and supports continuous improvement.
2. Workforce Planning
  • Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly manpower planning.
  • Monitor manpower requirements for production workers (sewing operators, QC, mechanics, technicians) and office staff.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment process to ensure timely hiring for both production and office positions.
  • Oversee screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure new employees receive proper orientation and integration into the factory.
4. Daily HR Operations
  • Oversee payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, and social insurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee data, labor contracts, HR documentation, and employee records.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and handle employee relations cases.
5. Employee Relations
  • Assist in resolving labor disputes, grievances, and employee concerns.
  • Promote a positive and engaging working environment to reduce turnover and improve retention.

Requirement

  • Female, Under 40 years old
  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Leader or HR Deputy Manager in garment/footwear factories with a workforce of 500 employees or more
  • Good at English
