Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HR & GA Manager (Manufacturing, $1500, ID15685)
1. HR and Administration Management
  • Oversee the overall HR and administrative operations, including office staff, janitorial, canteen, garden, and security teams.
  • Handle all HR-related matters such as recruitment, C&B, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and manage company correspondence, meeting organization, and communication with government authorities.
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Compliance & Audit
  • Manage and coordinate factory compliance and social responsibility audits (e.g., BSCI, SCAN, BEPI).
  • Conduct factory evaluations according to international standards.
  • Lead internal training sessions on company rules, regulations, and social responsibility 
  • Maintain compliance systems and corrective action tracking.
3. Coordination & Reporting
  • Report directly to the General Director and work closely with department heads.
  • Prepare necessary HR reports and updates for management review.
  • Ensure effective internal communication between departments
 

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
  • Graduate from University
  • Have 5 years of experience a similar HR Manager role within a manufacturing company with at least 300 employees, strong knowledge of social compliance standards and factory audit procedures.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
