Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & GA Manager (Trading, $1.200, ID 19969):
  • Oversee all HRGA functions across the company. 
  • Advise the Board of Management (BOM) and execute initiatives related to recruitment, training, and talent development.
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of timesheets, payroll, insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT) in accordance with regulations and company requirements.
  • Manage and handle all social insurance procedures effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies to align with organizational needs and legal requirements.
  • Recommend and support the BOM in fostering a positive working environment and strong corporate culture, while enhancing processes and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit monthly PIT declarations, as well as annual PIT finalizations for both local and expatriate employees.
  • Facilitate the application and renewal of visas, work permits, and residence cards for foreign employees.
  • Take responsibility for legal matters, including employee relations and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Plan and coordinate company events such as annual dinners, year-end parties, and company trips.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  • Preferably experienced in FDI companies
  • Strong HR expertise, with the ability to connect employees, foster company culture, and drive alignment across the organization
  • Proficient in English (all four skills)
