Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID 16930):
Compensation Management:
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Develop, implement, and manage salary structures, pay scales, and job evaluations.
- Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus programs, including communication and implementation.
Benefits Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and benefits data.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including cost analysis and budget forecasts.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Performance Evaluation/Assessment:
- Design and manage performance evaluation systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in developing performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate potential candidates for future roles and track their professional development progress.
- Offer insights and recommendations for talent development and readiness.
Training and Development:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs using various methods and develop tools to measure learning outcomes and behavioral changes post-training.
Requirement
- Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, and benefits management, focusing on assessment, evaluation, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employment laws.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English.
