Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing, ID15443, $1150):
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with manpower needs.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially in the garment/printing industry.
- Collaborate with outsourcing labor suppliers to ensure sufficient workforce supply.
- Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks in Bình Dương.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage labor contracts, including preparation, renewal, and tracking of contract terms.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer payroll-related data, including overtime tracking and reporting.
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely periodic HR reports.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee issues, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes when required.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
- Support internal audits and HR reporting to top management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role in manufacturing
- Strong experience in garment or printing industry (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices.
- Fluent in English (reporting to foreign management)
