Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing, ID15443, $1150):

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with manpower needs.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially in the garment/printing industry.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing labor suppliers to ensure sufficient workforce supply.
  • Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks in Bình Dương.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage labor contracts, including preparation, renewal, and tracking of contract terms.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Administer payroll-related data, including overtime tracking and reporting.
  • Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely periodic HR reports.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee issues, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
  • Support internal audits and HR reporting to top management.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role in manufacturing
  • Strong experience in garment or printing industry (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices.
  • Fluent in English (reporting to foreign management)
