Job Description
Our client is a foreign invetsted manufacturing company, now looking for a HR Manager in Hà Nội:
- Managing all tasks of HR (C&B, recruitment; Training, Appraisal & Structure, Associate Relation..)
- Advise BOD in strategy of Human resource management in accordance with Corporation & Vietnamese labor code;
- Create & execute detail plans to help company achieve business target;
- Ensure HR operation to comply with latest laws;
- Set up HR policy & strategy to retain high talent, ensure labor stableness;
- Study & propose activities to promote employees’ productivity;
- Working with Labor Union to settle labor issues;
- Apply ISO in HR management: Role & Responsibility of each department, Information security, Documentation system
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 38-45 years old
- University or higher degree in Law, Human Resource Management
- At least 05 years of experience in the same postion.
- Understand and regularly update corporate law, labor law and related laws
- Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred);
- Ability to effectively lead employees, organize and control work
