Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Supervisor (Trading, English & Chinese Speaking, $2100, ID 16359):
- In order to ensure prompt fulfillment of recruiting demands, thoroughly manage the hiring process, including demand gathering, resume screening, interview scheduling, applicant evaluation, and offer notification.
- Compute staff salaries and incentive bonuses accurately each month to guarantee on-time payment and adherence to corporate regulations.
- Manage labor contracts, assist with social insurance contributions, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Oversee the branch's workforce, carry out monthly performance reviews, and finish other duties as delegated by the leadership.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a foreign-invested trading company
- Proficient in computer especially excel
- Good at English & Chinese
