Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HRBP Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID15453):
  • Devise and implement strategic HR planning 
  • Analyse business workforce demands and plan an efficiency resource 
  • Manage and ensure recruitment are within budget
    Build and operate internal processes and systems
  • Evaluate quality and productivity of workforce, propose strategic initiatives accordingly.
  • Define and standardize sufficiency competencies framework for management
  •  Identify potential needs, plan and provide different methodologies of training and development to adapt business goals, Perform coaching.
  • Build and promote core values of organization into workplace practices and make it cultural environment
  • Evaluate and identify pool of High Potential Performers, implement strategic initiatives to retain high performers.
  • Study, analysis and develop job architecture system (job titles, job grade, job description, job
    evaluation, pay range)
  • Work closely with the business, convert business goals into HRBP Goals, identify business obstacles & challenges, analyse business achievement results
  • Consult and advise Directors/ Managers of Department on situation of the workforce and opportunities 


  • Male/Female, from 30 to 45 years old
  • Graduated from University 
  • Having at least 5-7 years of experience as a HRBP Manager in plants (prioritise: Garment, Shoes)
  • Good at English
