Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Garment, ID16432, 1500 USD):
- Develop organizational structure and workforce planning with management, lead full-cycle recruitment processes to fulfill staffing plans
- Design and deliver training programs on company regulations, technical, and soft skills
- Handle employee discipline and grievance procedures
- Advise on compensation, welfare, and retention policies
- Develop and execute annual employee engagement & welfare plans
- Coordinate with brand auditors and ensure company policies meet social compliance requirement
Requirement
- Female/Male; Age: under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Admin, or related)
- At least 2 years in HR Manager role within garment/footwear FDI companies (500+ employees)
- Fluent in English
