Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Garment, ID16432, 1500 USD):
  • Develop organizational structure and workforce planning with management, lead full-cycle recruitment processes to fulfill staffing plans
  • Design and deliver training programs on company regulations, technical, and soft skills
  • Handle employee discipline and grievance procedures
  • Advise on compensation, welfare, and retention policies
  • Develop and execute annual employee engagement & welfare plans
  • Coordinate with brand auditors and ensure company policies meet social compliance requirement

Requirement

  • Female/Male; Age: under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Business Admin, or related)
  • At least 2 years in HR Manager role within garment/footwear FDI companies (500+ employees)
  • Fluent in English
