Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing, $1300, ID15443):

Devise and carry out strategies and suitable recruitment plans for company's requirement.
Identify of human resource needs and deploy recruitment
Implement communication activities to find and appeal potential candidates.
Recruit and organize development training
Manage employees' labor contracts, track deadlines and terms for each position.
Manage the performance evaluation system
Develop policies to motivate and support employees
In charge of handling all insurance issues and periodic reporting.

Male/Female, under 45 years old
Graduated from University with the major of Human Resource and other majors related to Human Resource
Having 5 years experience in the same position in garment/apparel companies
Good at English
