Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Supervisor (Trading, ID 16953, 2000USD):
1. Recruitment 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands
  • Work closely with HQ and local management to align hiring needs
2. Payroll & Compensation 
  • Calculate monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, and incentive bonuses
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment
  • Support compensation-related processes and records
3. Employee Relations 
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Manage labor contracts and employee documentation
  • Coordinate social insurance and labor compliance
4. HR Operations & Administration 
  • Oversee headcount tracking and monthly performance management processes
  • Maintain office environment, facilities, and administrative activities
  • Support office relocation and ensure a productive working environment
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Age: Under 42
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in similar position, with at least 1 year in FMCG industry
  • Solid experience in recruitment
  • Ability to work independently in a small or startup environment
  • Strong capability to handle full-spectrum HR functions (HR generalist)
  • Fluent in English or Chinese (mandatory)
