Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Supervisor (Trading, ID 16953, 2000USD):

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands
- Work closely with HQ and local management to align hiring needs
- Calculate monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, and incentive bonuses
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment
- Support compensation-related processes and records
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage labor contracts and employee documentation
- Coordinate social insurance and labor compliance
- Oversee headcount tracking and monthly performance management processes
- Maintain office environment, facilities, and administrative activities
- Support office relocation and ensure a productive working environment
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: Under 42
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in similar position, with at least 1 year in FMCG industry
- Solid experience in recruitment
- Ability to work independently in a small or startup environment
- Strong capability to handle full-spectrum HR functions (HR generalist)
- Fluent in English or Chinese (mandatory)
