Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an IE Manager (1100 USD, ID 12074)
- Manage the IE department's overall operations.
- Supervise the department's daily operations and develop plans for efficiency improvement programs.
- To control loss and preserve productivity, coordinate with the mechanical department to change the machines for each style.
- Work with the regional team to give IE employees a training course to help them enhance their competencies.
- Review and design programs in collaboration with manufacturing units and human resources.
- Evaluate employee performance and keep the company's earnings high.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: above 35 years old
- Graduated from university major in industrial engineering or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position, working for garment/textile manufacturing factory
- Good communication of English
