Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an IE Manager (Garment, 1200 USD, ID 12074)
- Develop improvement programs/projects within the factory’s operational scope.
- Monitor and control factory productivity and performance.
- Design and implement programs/projects to enhance productivity and quality.
- Build a continuous improvement culture in the factory (in charge of improvement initiatives, operational excellence projects, TPM – Total Productive Maintenance, etc.).
- Act as a representative to work with customers and other departments to propose new improvement projects.
- Replicate improvement models and initiatives; propose ideas for production enhancement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
- Male/Female;
- Graduated from a university major in industrial engineering or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position, working for garment/textile manufacturing factory
- Good communication of English
- Having experience in continuous improvement, Lean, pattern making, and garment manufacturing techniques.
