Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IE Staff (Denim/Jeans, $900, ID18104):
- Review and interpret customer documents in English to identify and understand technical requirements.
- Analyze garment production processes for samples and technical specifications using Excel.
- Collaborate with factory IE departments to standardize SMV for each product.
- Conduct on-site observations to assess worker operations and validate standardized SMV.
- Calculate standard time, production time, and product efficiency based on order quantities.
- Monitor, update, and adjust actual production times for each operation when required.
- Determine unit prices for each production stage (cutting, sewing, ironing, finishing, etc.) based on style and SMV analysis.
- Coordinate with factory teams to resolve unit pricing issues.
- Prepare cost quotations for the Merchandising (MD) team for customer negotiations.
- Negotiate production prices with factories to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 38 years old
- Have 02 years of IE experience in the garment industry (Denim/Jeans), with expertise in process analysis and SMV calculation.
- Good at English
- Have data analysis skills and use advanced Excel
