Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Manage Helpdesk End User: Desktop/laptop, printer, email, camera, fingerprint door, and test equipment of the company.
- Manage company accounts & digital assets.
- Set up a bot for slack to increase productivity for teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application problems.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Equipped with a PC or laptop.
