Job Description
Investment Executive (Energy Project, ID 17877) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $1000/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Conduct research and oversee the implementation and monitoring of legal procedures for energy investment projects.
- Develop and manage funding sources, total investment estimates, budgets, and cash flow plans for projects.
- Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, and economic contract execution.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to contract payments, settlements, and associated records.
- Prepare bidding documents and participate in contractor/investor selection processes.
- Maintain and update the list of project management procedures.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department or Division leadership.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 25–30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Investment, Construction Economics, International Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong negotiation, teamwork, analytical, reporting, and synthesis skills.
- Professional knowledge of project management, investment procedures, and legal aspects related to energy investment is a strong advantage.
