Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Security Staff (Manufacturing, $800, ID21236)
  • Develop and implement IT security objectives, action plans, and initiatives to ensure the protection of company data, information systems, financial transactions, and other critical IT assets.
  • Monitor network and system security activities, identify potential threats, investigate security incidents, and coordinate timely response and resolution actions.
  • Administer and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection systems, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize security tools, software, access control mechanisms, and user authentication processes to ensure secure system access.
  • Manage data backup operations and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. Conduct regular security awareness training for employees.
  • Assess and mitigate IT security risks by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions. Participate in incident response, recovery activities, business continuity planning, and support internal/external IT audits.
  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure at Bac Ninh and Lao Cai factories. Provide technical support to end users, ensuring stable IT operations and uninterrupted business activities.
  • Coordinate, support, and actively participate in company-wide initiatives, committees, projects, audits, and training programs. Promote a collaborative and professional working culture aligned with the direction and objectives of the Board of Directors.

Requirement

  • Male, under 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good command of English
  • Hands-on experience in administering and maintaining Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or equivalent.
