Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Key Account Manager ( OEM, Open for Expats, 2.800 USD++, ID19428)

- Act as the main contact for OEM/ODM clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
- Understand client priorities, challenges, and growth potential.
- Represent the factory and brand in meetings, trade events, and client visits.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities aligned with client strategies and market trends.
- Manage pricing submissions, cost updates, and production capacity communication.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain accurate sales forecasts for production and sourcing plans.
- Coordinate with internal planning teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient capacity use.
- Oversee project timelines, resolve production or quality issues, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Support client visits, audits, and special requests with high attention to detail.
- Analyze sales, cost, and development data to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports on time, keeping all stakeholders informed of client requirements.
Requirement
- Male or Female, under 40.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager, handling clients with OEM manufacturing models, preferably in furniture, automotive parts, home appliances, or electronic technology sectors.
- Preference for candidates with experience in high-end interior/furniture industry.
- Fluent in English
