Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a L&D Leader (Manufacturing, $900, ID21146)
- Develop onboarding and employee training programs
- Build learning paths and competency-based training systems
- Create training materials and e-learning content
- Manage digital skill tracking for production employees
- Identify skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities
- Work closely with HR, Production, and Fast Lane teams
Requirement
- Male or female, Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
- Minimum 3–5 years of L&D/training experience in manufacturing companies
- Strong experience in training planning, competency framework development, onboarding, and employee training
- Smart, proactive, analytical, and well-structured mindset
