Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Lab Supervisor (Animal Feed, $800, ID21392)
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, and related materials to ensure proper operation and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise, train, and support laboratory technicians in conducting testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
- Perform laboratory testing, analyze results, and ensure accurate, timely reporting of test findings.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety regulations, environmental, health & safety (EHS) requirements, good laboratory practices (GLP), and company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports, maintain laboratory documentation and records, and provide administrative or technical support as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Supervisor in the animal feed or food manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control systems, and laboratory safety standards.
- Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
