Job Description
We are hiring a Legal Specialist (ID-13653) for a domestically-funded organization. Salary: 800 USD/month and extensive career opportunities:
- Support the specialized tasks of the legal department.
- Review, amend, supplement, and finalize the legality of contracts, official documents, and papers issued by the Center.
- Participate in resolving copyright infringement cases.
- Coordinate the procedures, case files of copyright infringement lawsuits, and engage in litigation as assigned to ensure the rights of members.
- Manage legal documents and files as per regulations.
- Inspect and provide legal advice on legal issues and situations for the Center's members.
- Liaise and transact with external organizations and individuals to handle assigned tasks.
- Monitor and update the latest legal information and guidance for the Center’s work and staff.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Center's leadership.
Requirement
- Male/Female under 35 years old.
- Graduated from a university majoring in Law, preferably from: Hanoi Law University, Vietnam National University, University of Law...
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer in companies, corporations, law firms, or legal offices.
- Good at English
