Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Legal Staff ($900, ID147340):
- Responsible for overseeing contract approval, modifications, and the whole application submission process.
- Draft and review basic contracts, manage legal tasks, train basic legal knowledge, etc.
- Establish and strengthen necessary company systems and regulations.
- Legal procedures consultation and guidance, building rules, and completion of the company's legal materials construction of a new facility in Vietnam and the ability to export.
- Handle legal procedures involving the organization and government agencies (immigration procedures).
Requirement
- Male/ Female. Under 35 years old
- Graduated from University majoring in Law.
- Having at least 01 year of related work experience.
- Able to use English at work. Knowing Chinese is preferred.
