Job Detail

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistic Coordinator ($1.500, ID 16194):

Prepare and review import-export documents, verify HS codes and item policies for various products, with a particular focus on autoparts and machinery. Create liquidation reports as needed.
Monitor and update customs clearance and trucking schedules in coordination with vendors, ensuring timely communication with customers.
Liaise with overseas agents to revise documents for customs declarations when required.
Stay current with relevant regulations, decrees, decisions, and guidelines from government authorities. Ensure that Managers, the Operations team, and related customers are promptly informed.
Provide professional advice to customers on customs issues and risks to avoid penalties, including Certificate of Origin (C/O) preparation and liquidation reports.
Arrange appropriate transportation vehicles for shipments based on customer needs.
Input customs and trucking cost invoices into the system and handle tax payments, if applicable.
Establish and maintain relationships with customs authorities or visit customs offices as needed.
Assist with shipment operations by coordinating with shipping lines, airports, and forwarders to obtain Delivery Orders (D/O), submit documents to local authorities, and manage the splitting of HAWBs at the airport if necessary.
Support the operations team in tracking the delivery status of shipments after customs clearance.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in International Business & Logistics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ...
8 years' experience in customs clearance within forwarding, logistics, or related sectors.
Good at English.
