Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistic Sales Manager (Open for Korean Expats, $5000, ID19949):
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities, focusing specifically on Korean FDI companies and global accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and annual business plans to achieve company targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end logistics solutions including Ocean/Air freight, customs brokerage, and inland trucking in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Partner Management: Consult with clients to provide tailored logistics solutions and negotiate competitive rates with vendors/carriers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the Sales Team’s performance, provide ongoing training, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Innovation: Develop new service offerings and digital business tools to maintain a competitive edge in the Vietnamese market.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate detailed market analysis reports and ensure all activities strictly adhere to local laws and corporate regulations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term customer retention.

Requirement

  • Nationality: Korean (Native or bilingual proficiency).

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience within a Korean International Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (Mandatory).

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

  • Professional Skills: * Deep understanding of Air/Ocean freight, warehousing, and customs clearance procedures.

    • Proven track record in negotiation, business planning, and market expansion.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong leadership capabilities and a "customer-first" mindset.

    • Ability to perform under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Languages: Fluency in English (all 4 skills).
