Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Assistant Manager (Manufacturing, 1.800 USD, ID 17516)
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing the maintenance department to ensure effective operation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and following best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in managing preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend machinery life.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, enforcing proper safety protocols for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop strategies for improving uptime.
- Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts are available for quick repairs.
- Assist in the budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations, aiming for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, documentation, and records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
- Provide guidance on technical issues and support in decision-making for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Requirement
- Male; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years) in maintenance management or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Good at English.
