Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (1100$, ID14033)
- Examine the machine's past issues or malfunctions to assess its performance.
- Take preventive measures to avoid problems and enhance the performance of the machine and mold.
- Manage the replacement and repair of accessories and equipment (spare parts).
- Plan and implement electrodynamic and control systems in the factory.
- Establish and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for all machines and molds.
- Create and maintain a Quality Management system for the Maintenance department that meets ISO/IATF standards.
- Train, evaluate, and develop the skills and abilities of all Maintenance staff.
- Assign tasks, coordinate, and encourage teamwork among the Maintenance team.
- Set, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs
- Maintain and enhance the 5S of the Maintenance area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
- Male. Age: under 40
- Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical - Mechatronics, Automation, Electricity, Electronics
- Have 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Good English
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF/TPM/PDCA
