Job Description
- Create and oversee marketing plans targeting clients and channel partners to boost sales performance and enhance brand visibility.
- Organize and control budgets for promotional activities, advertisements, and branding efforts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Perform market analysis and interpret data to uncover industry trends, understand customer preferences, and gain competitive intelligence; carry out pricing surveys to support pricing strategy updates.
- Recommend and execute product portfolio strategies and promotional plans to strengthen brand positioning in the market.
- Design, plan, and implement integrated marketing campaigns, covering traditional and digital channels.
- Develop promotional content and marketing assets for campaigns, corporate events, and other marketing efforts.
- Supervise and contribute to the creative direction of product packaging design, including labels, bottles, and outer packaging.
- Oversee the management and content updates of the company website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and user engagement.
- Roll out and manage visual identity programs, including branded signboards for customers.
Partner & Distributor Relations

Collaborate with the sales department to arrange seminars, partner events, and incentive programs to foster customer engagement.

Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Deliver prompt assistance and track customer feedback, complaints, and claims to uphold high satisfaction levels.
Regulatory Compliance & Performance Reporting

Handle the registration of promotional programs with relevant trade authorities as required by law.

Track, evaluate, and report on marketing effectiveness, highlighting successes and pinpointing areas for refinement.

Provide routine briefings to senior leadership and the Board on market insights, campaign performance, and strategic proposals.
Requirement
- Female. Age: under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
- Have 03 -05 years of experience in the same position in FMCG / Oil & Gas/Automotive industries/ Chemistry.
- Good at English
