Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Marketing & Product Manager (Manufacturing, ID19951, 5000 USD):
  • Relationship Management: Proactively develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key business partners and customers.

  • New Product Planning & Market Intelligence: * Lead market surveys to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

    • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Translate market insights into actionable product development plans.

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and optimize the parts delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports and strategic recommendations directly to the General Director.

Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering will have a distinct advantage).

  • Professional Experience: * A minimum of three (3) years in a Marketing Managerial role.

    • Proven experience within the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

    • Direct experience in production environments is a significant plus.

Language & Technical Skills

  • Japanese: Native or Fluent level (Required for daily communication with Japanese clients).

  • English: Intermediate/Fair level (Required for reporting and internal communication with management).

  • Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Core Competencies

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from conception to implementation.

  • Negotiation & Analysis: Strong negotiation tactics paired with sharp analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
