Job Description

- Manage product portfolio and lifecycle from development to commercialization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment to propose new or improved products.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Production, TIC, and other departments in product development.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launch and sales activities.
- Prepare product materials and provide training for the sales team.
- Monitor product performance (sales, growth, market feedback) and recommend improvements.
Requirement
- Male, under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing position, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to travel for business trips (1–2 days per week) to visit distributors/agents in the Northern region.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
