Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Mechanical Manager (Garment, ID20044, 3000USD):
- Oversee the entire machinery and equipment system of the factory, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ensure optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall production efficiency
- Ensure all machinery and systems comply with corporate safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Requirement
- Male, Under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Manager (or equivalent) in FDI garment manufacturing companies
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in knitting, apparel, or textile manufacturing
