Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandising Vice Manager (Garment, Open for Taiwanese Expats, $3000, ID19737):
- Manage full merchandising operations including sample development, price negotiation, order follow-up, and customer reception.
- Ensure timely order delivery and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Supervise and coach merchandisers, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations.
- Establish work plans for purchase orders (POs), coordinate activities, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with upper management and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
- Analyze customer requirements, set realistic deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Solve customer problems and perform other duties as directed by the General Director.
Requirement
- Fluent and proficient in English.
- Detail-oriented with logical thinking.
- Proven ability to work independently with overseas buyers.
