· Assist customer in a timely manner
· Communicate with foreign customers and head office
· Process customer orders in an efficient and timely way
· Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
· Ensure that all production changes are updated
· Send the updated production report to the customer
· Inform the customer about the order status
· Update information on customer’s websites
· Discuss the products and services of the company
· Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
· In charge of customers issues: orders, delivery date management, customer correspondence, inspection processing, quotation creation, cost management
· Follow new products’ development
· Involve to purchasing activities
· Cooperate with departments (MFG, Materials, Planning…) to follow production plan management
· Manage the balance betweenpurchasing and shipment shafts quantity.
· Manage transportation cost
Requirement
· Male / Female
· Academic level: Bachelor in in Business Administration, Japanese,…
· Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service
· Experience working for a foreign owned enterprise
· Language: Good spoken and written both English and Japanese (N2)
· Good computer skill
· Careful, problem-solving, responsible
· Ablity to work under pressure
