 Job Description

·         Advise the Board of Directors on planning the purchase of goods and the supply of material for production and business activities and warehouse operations 

·         Operate and manage the Purchasing staff 

·         Review, propose and implement the requirements for purchasing goods 

·         Manage the suppliers according to the company’s process with the standards

·         Check the quality and provide all the data into the services for the production and business activities 

·         Check the economic contracts signed with the suppliers

·         Manage and control all activities of import – export - inventory - stock - inventory of the warehouse system of the company base on the process

·         Report to superiors

·         Build a good, dynamic, responsible and effective supply environment

·         Ensure security requirements of economic - financial information

 

Requirement

 

·         Male/Female

·         Age: over 30 years old

·         Academic level: University Degree in related fields

·         Experience: at least 5 years of working in purchasing field in manufacturing company (Garments company is a plus)

·         Langugae: good English or Chinese communication

·         Good computer skills
