Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Office Manager (Furniture/Garment, Open For Expat, $5000, ID17147)

The role involves overseeing multiple operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations. Key duties include:

  1. Communication & Coordination: Maintaining continuous communication with managers, staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support effective operations.
  2. Business Protocols: Developing and maintaining business operating procedures, improving existing processes, and ensuring timely, within-budget operations.
  3. Staff Management: Managing staffing needs, hiring, training new employees, and supporting a small team, including career development and problem resolution.
  4. Financial Oversight: Overseeing invoicing, accounts payable, and ensuring revenue reviews align with business growth targets.
  5. Sales Order Management: Supporting invoicing, sales order forecasts, and directing orders to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Customer Relations: Leading teams to resolve claims, coordinating special requests, managing production specifications, and handling customer inquiries.
  7. Purchasing & Data Management: Supporting purchasing teams by ensuring accurate stock balance tracking, data entry, and supplier invoice audits.
  8. Shipping Management: Managing the logistics of replacement products, shipping, freight negotiations, and transportation cost evaluations.
  9. Administrative Support: Assisting HR with onboarding and IT setups, handling business travel, coordinating sample shipments, and developing procedures for claims and shipments.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of  Managerial background Managing multiple office function
  • Managed a Representative Office for an international business.
  • Managed or been a part of a Customer service team, working with International customers.
  • Good at ERP systems
  • Good at Excel 
  • Well understand Import & Export protocols.
  •  Willing to Travel Between
