Job Description
-
Manage plant operations to ensure safety, timely delivery to customers, cost target achievement, and adherence to the Group's and customers' quality standards.

Develop and implement strategies and performance targets for teams, focusing on safety, cost control, quality, inventory management, environmental responsibility, manufacturing processes, and project development.

Provide overall site support by establishing strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and execution in the following areas:

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs and regulations.

Recruitment, layoffs, compliance with labor laws, payroll management, staff management, and site security.

Excellence System deployment.
-
Quality performance, including key certifications.
-
Engineering management for installations.
-
Supply chain management and customer service excellence.
-

Oversee the preparation of operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals for infrastructure, equipment, systems, and other resources.

Analyze and approve, or escalate for higher-level approval, operational investments aligned with business needs; recommend proposals to the Executive Committee as necessary.

Design and implement plans for staff retention, competency development, performance management, motivation, and effective communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, procurement, finance, industry associations, sister companies, agents, and suppliers.
Requirement
- Male, 40-45 years old
- 05 years experience as CEO/COO/Plant Manager/Plant Director in automotive manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong team management skills, mature leadership, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge across production, supply chain, maintenance, processes, quality control, finance, engineering, HSE, lean management, and staff administration.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results under tight timelines and resource constraints, with expertise in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- High ethical standards, a proactive approach, and the ability to energize and inspire teams.
- Exceptional skills in balancing hands-on management (e.g., shop floor operations, project management) with strategic planning for long-term plant development.
