Job Description
Operation Manager (Cruises, ID 17528) wanted for a Vietnamese Group! $1800/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Oversee daily cruise operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest check-in, excursions, and onboard activities.
- Coordinate with the captain on tour schedules and safety measures.
- Supervise restaurant, housekeeping, and service teams.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Train and manage staff performance, schedules, and recruitment.
- Monitor costs, approve orders, and maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales for events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols.
Requirement
- Male, 32-40 years old
- Bachelor's, associate, or diploma degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cruise industry. At least 3 years in a similar managerial role.
- Experience in handling high-end clientele.
- Proficient in all four English language skills.
