Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operation Manager (Express Delivery, $1000, ID16172)
- Receive information, deploy and communicate instructions related to the operation of the management area.
- Monitor, track and urge the progress of work implementation according to the periodic plan of the Departments, blocks, and regions (related to the operation area)
- Work directly and report to the Operations Director on the progress of completion of blocks/regions, propose plans for the next work
- Periodically support, inspect and supervise centers and branches and promptly report results to the Operations Director/regional director;
- Advise and implement the completion of the Company's Operation System, processes, regulations, general regulations, internal regulations, service standards.
- Perform other tasks according to the Operations Director/regional director.
Requirement
- Gender: Male; Age: 35 years old
- Graduated from university major in related fields
- Have at least 3 years of experience as Branch Manager/Operator in Express Delivery/Logistics
- Basic English communication
