Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Mechanical, $2500, ID19911):

Production Oversight: Manage and optimize the end-to-end production cycle for mechanical components and assemblies.

Workflow Optimization: Implement systematic processes to improve lead times, reduce waste, and ensure 100% on-time delivery.

Quality Assurance: Maintain strict European quality standards across all manufacturing stages.

Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of technicians and operators; foster a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.

Technical Troubleshooting: Provide expert guidance on manufacturing techniques, particularly in precision machining and fabrication.

Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgeting, manpower planning, and machinery maintenance schedules
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Precision Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Production Management role within the mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Expertise: Strong technical background in mechanical fabrication, CNC machining, and precision engineering.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (fluent in all 4 skills)
