Dream Job Alert! $2,400/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Operation Manager (Sea Freight, ID 17666) for a foreign investment company.
- Coordinate directly with customers, global carriers, and other LSPs regarding ocean export and import shipments.
- Manage end-to-end shipment processes including space booking, customs clearance, trucking arrangements, and track & trace reporting.
- Monitor and provide daily shipment status reports to customers, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Proactively resolve shipment-related issues by collaborating with carriers and customers.
- Input and manage shipment data in internal systems; complete tasks assigned through the system.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions with customers, vendors, and inter-company entities.
- Report operational performance and updates to the Group Leader as requested.
- Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure compliance and efficiency in ocean cargo operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ocean freight operations
- Good at English
- Solid background in customer service, especially with international clients.
