Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operations & Customer Service Specialist ($750, ID20034)
- Maintain and support the SAP system to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and manage vendor codes, including accurate data maintenance.
- Process and execute transaction-related orders in compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and generate delivery-related documentation.
- Issue billing documents such as invoices in a timely manner.
- Consolidate monthly additional account expenses and ensure prompt payment collection.
- Monitor demand forecasts and stock levels on a daily basis to support supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to track production status and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirement
- Male/Female under 35 years old
- University graduate; preferably majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations/customer service
- Fluent in English, with Chinese proficiency as an advantage
- Proficient in using SAP software
