Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operations & Customer Service Specialist ($750, ID20034)
  • Maintain and support the SAP system to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and manage vendor codes, including accurate data maintenance.
  • Process and execute transaction-related orders in compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare and generate delivery-related documentation.
  • Issue billing documents such as invoices in a timely manner.
  • Consolidate monthly additional account expenses and ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Monitor demand forecasts and stock levels on a daily basis to support supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to track production status and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirement

  • Male/Female under 35 years old
  • University graduate; preferably majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations/customer service
  • Fluent in English, with Chinese proficiency as an advantage
  • Proficient in using SAP software
