Review and improve existing patterns to enhance garment fit, structure, and manufacturability.

Analyze technical errors, sewing issues, and fitting problems to propose appropriate pattern improvements.

Standardize patterns to reduce production errors and minimize material waste.

Support sample development, participate in fittings, and adjust patterns according to technical requirements.

Collaborate with production teams, sewing lines, and QA to resolve technical issues during bulk production.

Provide guidance, training, and skill development for pattern makers and related technical staff.

Ensure all patterns comply with measurement charts, technical standards, and customer requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

College degree or higher in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making and pattern improvement in the garment industry.

Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and fit standards.

Proven experience in improving patterns for mass production.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and handle production deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software (Gerber or equivalent).
