Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Pattern Maker Supervisor (Open to Local & Expat, 1700$, ID18065)
- Check garment test shrinkage reports from QA and generate corresponding fabric and pattern shrinkage methods.
- Create and maintain specifications for the before/after ironing and before/after washing stages.
- Review and evaluate pattern samples and garment samples; provide comments based on technical documentation.
- Verify fabric consumption and prepare accurate markers for production.
- Adjust patterns according to QA shrinkage reports and buyer comments.
- Grade patterns for full-size ranges based on approved specifications.
- Develop special patterns for ironing, printing, cage placement, ribbing, and other technical requirements.
- Print finalized patterns for QA, sewing, finishing, and related departments.
- Monitor and follow the first garment on the sewing line to ensure accuracy; revise patterns if necessary before mass production.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 38 years old
- Vocational/technical degree or college degree or higher in Garment Technology or related field.
- At least 02 years of experience in pattern and marker in garment manufacturing
- Proficiency in pattern-making software and pattern optimization tools.
- Good at English
