Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Planning Manager (Garment, 1.500 USD, ID 12072)

• Prepare, forecast, and manage capacity reports as well as data on procedures in collaboration with related parties (customers, vendors, factories, and other departments and managers). 
• In charge of the Production Planning section: Capacity, Production, Material Planning
• Ensure capacity agreements match with timeframes, demand, and stability with associated parties by arranging orders according to agreements with vendors, mills, factories, and clients. 
• Minimize the gap between planning and actual practice by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop an action plan and make required adjustments. 
• Follow processes closely and update information with associated parties promptly
• Monitor and follow schedules with related parties.
• Manage, train, and coach staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Gender: Male/Female; Age: above 35 years old
• Graduated from a university with a major in economics, business administration, textile industry, or relevant fields
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, working for a garment manufacturing factory
• Good at English
