Job Description
-
Strategic PMC Leadership: Lead and optimize the end-to-end Production Planning and Material Control (PMC) operations to meet organizational goals.

Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Develop and maintain a dynamic Master Production Schedule, balancing factory capacity with material availability and customer lead times.

End-to-End Order Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of orders—from initial entry and technical changes to delivery tracking—ensuring customer priorities are always met.

Cross-functional Procurement Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Purchasing department to forecast material needs, mitigate shortages, and maintain a resilient supply chain.

Production Oversight & Data Integrity: Monitor real-time production output against targets, ensuring high data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems and management reports.

Lean Inventory Management: Strategically manage Work-In-Process (WIP), finished goods, and raw materials. Proactively address excess/obsolete inventory and maintain die-mold tracking.

Customer Excellence: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding production progress, shipping logistics, and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): Drive data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements in planning efficiency and resource allocation.
Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PMC or Production Planning.

At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role within a manufacturing environment.

Highly Preferred: Direct experience in the leather goods, footwear, or bags industry.

Technical Skills: * Deep expertise in Production Planning & Material Control (PMC) principles.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (data modeling/pivot tables) and ERP/MRP systems.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with a "problem-solving" approach to complex manufacturing hurdles.

Languages: Good command of English or Chinese (Mandarin) to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
