Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a PQE Engineer (Electronics,1200$, ID 16121)
- Responsible for planning and implementing mass production quality management, maintaining quality monitoring and management documentation.
- Assist the CQE in collecting customer feedback, conducting analysis, and driving organizational improvements to provide customer solutions.
- Support the management and oversight of quality in pilot production.
- Resolve quality issues that arise during the production process until the issue is completely resolved.
- Utilize quality tools and data analysis techniques to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement.
- Train employees and enhance the capabilities of the quality control team.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 25-40 years old.
- Graduated from University.
- 5 years in similar position in electronics manufacturing company.
- Understanding and practical application of FMEA, MSA, SPC, QC7, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient in operating analytical software such as Minitab
- Good at Chinese and basic in English
