- Implement new injection processes.
- Optimize current processes.
- Provide expertise and support to the production team.
- Establish reliable processes and controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solve technical and operational problems.
- Lead and conduct the 5S program.
- Contribute to improving safety programs.
- Develop budgets and establish ROI (Return on Investment).
- Verify mold designs.
- Define the injection process.
- Conduct molds and material accreditation.
- Optimize injection processes.
- Identify tooling improvements.
- Define and implement peripheral equipment improvements.
- Deploy necessary tools for optimization.
- Provide troubleshooting expertise.
- Offer technical support for production issues.
- Train teams on processes and best practices.
- Enhance safety practices.
- Maintain 5S standards.
Requirement
- The male is preferred, Under 40 years old.
- A degree in the technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Knowledge of mold design and structure.
- Expertise in plastic materials.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and tools (e.g., SMED, 5S).
- Proficiency in English communication.
